Alexander wasn't dumb, and in fact was pretty historical compared to many of these movies that come out of hollywood.

It was just terribly produced, directed, and acted.

The Hills Have Eyes was pretty fucking horrible, I doubt it is the worst movie I've seen but it was the first one that came to mind.

For the edit, I had to look it up because I couldn't remember the title, The Devil's Rejects is officially the dumbest movie I've ever seen.
