Which is why i said henderson and not the whole team. henderson is as good as the 2 seed. Virginia is not good away from home and they won't be a factor friday. they haven't done much of anything away from home and just lost @wake. They lucked up and beat us in jpj off a circus shot and they don't have the athleticism like a vt gt fsu or maryland. just two guys. they won't beat us. just hope bc can take care of vt then we will be playing on sunday. that said, if maryland bc can knock of vt and unc we have a decent shot. maryland is on fire right now but if they win 3 more games they'll be due a loss.

keep perspective guys. losing to maryland and unc doesn't make us a bad team.

The last 2 games we've been killed by overplaying wings. every pass is contested and the reciever is put in the position where they catch going away and have to dribble until they pickup and make another pass going away and the offense doesn't get into a flow. its like watching duke play against duke.

i was thinking jokingly maybe coach k forgot how to coach offense while jj was there. he was so dominant you didn't really need to run anything complex.

I've also spent alot of time thinking about the nerves of this team. They are obviously not a bad ft shooting team but can't buy a ft down the stretch and in big games. Seems like key front ends have been missed in all the losses. its usually mcroberts or nelson but in the maryland game it was paulus on one and in the unc games scheyer has missed some after being fouled on a 3.

gray is not that good. mcrob had no problem with hibbert white or nwalhlalelalhahey who are all better. vcu is a much tougher matchup and i'm actually worried about that game. pitt will be easy if we get there.

The G'Town team Duke beat early in the year is NOTHING like it is now. G'Town right now would beat you by double digits.. Green, Hibbert, and especially Ewing, Jr. have all developed A LOT since then whereas in some respects Duke has regressed..

Just my opinion, not trying to troll honestly.. we shall see this weekend...

theres a difference between struggling and regressing. big east is not on the level of the acc. duke matches up well against slow paced teams and inside oriented teams. pitt is the definition of a good matchup for duke. gray is huge but so unathletic its not even funny
