This PC was completely different from the Amato PC. Amato's PC felt like the circus came to town. Fans were in attendance, there was cheering when he walked in, and it just didn't feel like a professional presser. TOB was far more low-key, definitely all business. He doesn't seem to have a lot of passion, but that could just be his demeanor. It's a difference hearing a guy come in and say our goal is to win a bowl championship each year, and hopefully that's a BCS bowl. Amato was inspiring, I think TOB will be more of a leader. The players who were there seemed to agree, and the ones I heard said they looked forward to more of a disciplined atmosphere. I'm excited.

I know he didnt have anything to do with putting it together, but I dont think anyone can complain about him beating up on weak teams with that schedule.

forgot how nice that place was, damn.
but yeah i like the hire and it sounded like everyone liked it too.. met Tony Haynes, Murphy and the likes.

and about the crowd we were pretty far back and watching it now it was much quieter on TV than how it was. it wasn't a huge crowd but it was good

Lee fowler kept getting up and walking around during the first half and i made a bet that if he got up again i would go over there and he did.

I went over and sat right in lee fowlers chair between his wife and TOB. His wife looked at me funny and then i patted TOB on the back and he turned around expecting Fowler then i told him thanks for coming here and i greatly appreciated it. I told him how I always admired the program he ran at bc and wished him the best of luck. Then he said a bunch of stuff but I don't remember any of it. This was before the hat guy. I'd say I was the first. I will get a pic up of me sitting at the table with my hand on TOB's back up later. LOL

everyone thought i would get arrested.

Would have been interesting if Fowler came back for his seat while I was still there.

One guy during half time went up to him. This was during the time when lots of people were shaking hands, getting pictures, autographs, etc And he gave Tom a big ole hug. It was funny.
