Florida earned the win tonight, nothing I can say. The Big Ten ruled the shitter and couldnt back up their ranking when it counted. I didnt think it would be a blow out, but it was, and I will not use Ted Ginn's injury as a crutch because champions find ways to win

Florida's defense was great, Chris Leak was great, and most of all Urban Meyer was great. Congratulations Gators, if it was a close last second victory I might be a little spiteful, but Florida earned this win and deserve to be the national champs this year. I just hope Boise State doesnt try to take some of this win, because tonight Florida proved that they are the best team in the country

and just in case it were in question, I had NO part in jaybee being suspended

that being said (and this is not an excuse for losing) Ginn being out was a bigger hit than you think. He was more than the best kick returner (as he proved in the first 15 seconds) he is their number one reciever. When he went out all of Florida's 'great' cornerbacks just had to double team Anthony Gonzalez (the number two guy behind Ginn) to shut down Troy Smith

It would be like Steve Smith getting hurt on the first play running back a kickoff for a TD and expecting Keyshaun Johnson to carry the load for the Panthers. Everyone knew who the ball was going to so the defensive coverage was GREATLY simplified. but oh well, great teams overcome adversity and tonight we didnt

OSU has other good WRs. Robiskie and Hall can more than carry their own. Ginn is/was their best deep threat, but Gonzo is the best route runner. I'm not putting this whole game or anywhere near it on his injury.
Did it have an impact? sure. Was that the reason UF won? fuck no.
