I'd love to see Liverpool win the League, but Man U is just too fucking good. Too much talent, too many players who are outstanding at their positions, too many guys that can step up and make spectacular things happen. If it's not Ronaldo (as today) it's Scholes, or Rooney, or Berbatov, or Giggs. If they don't come out with the title, it'll be a fluke, or because they got sloppy and drew a few games they should've won.

I am hoping that happens, though.

they may win the champs league. he knows to coach tournaments where there is no need to be a great manager in making crucial decisions for the long-haul. he plays cup games well, but when he needs to rest players or make multiple decisions throughout the league he seems to be retarded. he'll never win the league at liverpool, the only reason they are even close to begin with is solely on the shoulders of gerrard and (what seems like) at least 3 last minute goals by dirk kuyt.

if he is fired though, i think all or most of the spanish contingency will want out...which is at least half of liverpools team right now...haha. torres will want to leave and pool will have no striker, granted hes basically been gone all year anyway with injuries.

i really wont be surprised if rafa leaves in the summer and heads to real madrid where he'll win the champs league there within a couple years.

I mean, I assume they want to win too, and though obviously they have an incomparably better understanding of the situation than I do, I find it hard to believe that they are satisfied with the way Rafe has handled this Premier League season.
