Well the good news is we proved we can go into NY and win and they did have Jacobs and we were missing one big defensive player so as long as we get the win next week and get that bye and a home game i still like our chances. If we lose next week and have to play 3 in a row on the road I dont like our odds

It was a 50 yard kick using a frozen ball with a crosswind blowing across the field. Damn people, ease up. The guy has been money all year and barely missed a near-impossible kick.

The defense just got wore the fuck down late ... it's like they used all their might against Jacobs and took a breather when Ward came in. Also, our d-coordinator continues to be a pansy and bring almost zero additional pressure, when it's obvious Manning struggles when rushed. Don't understand that.

Our defense got handled the entire game anyway. Manning had like 30 seconds to throw the ball every time, there was 0 pressure most of the time.

I actually agree with dnl for once...Kemo is a fat guy that takes up space and isnt worth his contract...but our DL wasnt that great against the run even with him in there and Peppers is a huge liability against the run.

Manning had ALL DAY to throw....and if Brees has the same time....watch out. No pass rush = no Super Bowl

The Panthers arent a Super Bowl team and after they loose either Peppers or Gross in FA (only can franchise one, I am guessing Gross since I think Peppers has friends and family in the area, but just think of Peppers and Williams on the same team)...they will return to 7-9, 8-8 or maybe worse with the hardass schedule they have...at least we have our first rounder next year if we tank....

the hiccup step costs us the FG...Kasey should know better, he has been in the NFL for like 18 years....of all his FGs he has made, the biggest in his career he doesnt seem to make....

Our run D has been exposed again (even with Kemo is was pretty bad). We are very soft in the middle of the field (just like NC State). The dink and dunk passes killed us all night.

We lost a road game to a team that most think is one of the best (if not the best) team in football. They'd lost two straight and had their backs against the wall. With that said, we took them to overtime, and should have won in regulation. I'm pissed we lost, but it's not the end of the world. Damn people.

I wanted to get to go to the playoff games. now I might not even get to go to one, because we WONT have one!!! Right now its either we host the winner of the falcons vrs vikings game (revenge on the vikes would be sweet!) or we fall to the 5 seed and go to arizona....they could want revenge. I guess you will see what i want...Either way I see us either playing the falcons in ATL January 10th/11th OR In Charlotte. IT all comes down to Sunday. Was a great football game.
