McCauley goes for a block with Copeland basically doing a "Fuck you" layup.

McCauley blocks hard, commits a blatant foul.

Copeland comes after McCauley and gets to his jersey before a ref pulls him back.

Copeland leaves the game. The announcers made it sound like the refs booted him but I didn't see that, it looked more like Williams booted him.

So all of that equates to a tech on McCauley and none on Copeland.

That's NC State Shit in a nutshell.

The foul was clearly intentional. The attempted dunk/layup (whatever it was going to be) wasn't contested but by 1 State player, everyone else had already given up. Why not take a shot? And yes, Copeland was just as in the wrong for charging him after the foul. Watch the replay again though........yeah the ref pushed Copeland back, but he was already there and could have swung/shoved him, but he didn't. It looked to be more or less a failed attempt to scare him.

Who cares really? State got pounded.
