Its ridiculous how easy raiding is with a coordinated group. We cleared 5/5 EV normal in about an hour and a half with no prior attempts.
Last night, we went 4/5 hard mode in EV also. The first boss is a DPS check, but the 2/3/4th bosses are complete jokes in hard mode. They're pretty much the same as normal.

I started off as tank powertech, but they aren't nearly as good so I went pyrotech powertech dps and the damage output is through the roof. I love that a tank class can also be amazing DPS. Our marauders are by far the highest dps we have.

This game lacks the little things that made vanilla wow great- really the little things that make all blizzard games great. If the end game raiding does not improve I'm out. Will probably level the other faction until my game time runz out

lingering grey quests that cannot be abandoned just taking up space

lack of level 50 warzones or something to set aside full level 50 queued groups and puggers (i realize there are still not a lot of people playing the warzones, but they need to identify people queueing as a group versus queueing solo at least)

i'd prefer a deathmatch warzone to huttball when queueing solo, between "teammates" running the ball into our endzone, not realizing there is a pass button, or just deathmatching already.

also, level 50 mobs should give more than 275xp rested at level 47 when you have to go 400k

I have an i7 950 at 4Ghz, 6Gb ram and a 7200rpm hdd and have maybe 10sec load times. Regular TWC internets (10down .3up).

Maybe its the SWTOR server and not you guys because you shouldnt have minute wait times at all.

Any of you wanting to raid should definitely roll sorc or sniper. Ranged is soooooooooooo OP. I'm pyrotech powertech and with the exception of rocketpunch, I can stay ranged.

This game is very very very ranged friendly and it's very tough on melee.

I'm leveling my sorc right now as they are just so damn powerful.

I'm level 20 Sith Juggernaut and I die all the time. I can't even beat my level 19 class mission (which is killing one guy who WANTS me to kill him.) I think my Twi'lek does more damage than me. Half the time I feel like HER companion. I guess I shouldn't expect to do much damage. It's only a lightsaber. That shouldn't count for much in Star Wars.

i've noticed that slicing is still profitable 100% of the time if i can find a rich or bountiful mission. it seems to be consistently profitable for the abundant level 6 one as well. it's still not as good as it was, but it's good enough to keep me from dropping it for now.

i'm level 41 or so and the only difference i've noticed is some double bladed light sabers say dark side only but i think thats because they have red crystals which for the most part are all dark side only. I think the whole color crystal thing is lame if realistically there are only 2 or 3 colors per server.

found 2 champs with 100k hp each guarding a security chest. I figured why not. Killed them by kiting them around, took a few minutes. They both dropped lvl 50 oranges. Cool. So I killed them 5 more times, each time they dropped at least 1 orange (sometimes 2), epic armor mod, bunch of greens.

However, the last time I killed them they dropped nothing.

Is it a "feature" that you can only farm certain mobs in a certain amount of time?

I played for 13 hours yesterday and I wasn't even tired of it afterwards. The republic fleet city thing is exactly the same- spoiler alert. Protip group with people. I go through planets twice as fast if not faster. One other person is really ideal, any more and it can get to complicated to coordinate quests.
