Same ol', same ol'. North Korea laid out a set of unacceptable demands, the South Koreans and the United States balked, and they'll probably go back and forth for a few months before they blow up a superficial part of their nuclear program while we hand over another few pallets of humanitarian aid. That'll buy us a year or two before we repeat the cycle.
