I suggest you look at our OOC results last year. The are very similar. We had a better OOC win, too, as george mason is better than Texas.

Since about 2008, our OOC results have been like what we are seeing now. Lose to the ranked teams. Maybe 1 good win over a good tourney team. Soundly beat most of the scrubs. Close wins versus bad teams.


You all really have a problem with objectivity. What's the point of deluding yourselves or others?

Shit, every year since Herb left weve been hearing "last year we'd have lost this!!!!" every close game we play against mediocre teams. I'm sure even Gottfried would say that to get where he wants us to be games like this and versus Princeton should be double digit wins.

So yes, you can be happy we won, but there is no problem in calling what you see. And for fuck's same I went to PackPride and there is threads expecting us to go 10-0 in our next 10. It's like they want to set themselves up for disappointmet and anger and are just willing to ignore our glaring deficiencies.

vs Campbell

vs Maryland
vs Georgia Tech
@ Wake Forest
vs Boston College

@ North Carolina

Now, while 10-0 is a stretch, even with our "glaring deficiencies" we should realistically be able to pull off 8-2 or 7-3. Other than UNC, there's not a single team there that is markedly better than us.

We'll see.
