In a vacuum it might be dumb, but I'm in last place by 4 games and the WRs I start don't combine to score anywhere near what Julio does. They are that bad. My RBs are much better and the drop off from Johnson to starting my #3 RB is much smaller than the gain I'm getting from acquiring Jones.

Sure, I would love to have kept him, but this at least gives me a slim chance of making a run to the playoffs. That wasn't happening with my shit ass receivers.

Not sure how long Coates is going to be injured, but broken bones in a receiver's hands suck. I'd probably go with Williams without Big Ben playing, and Coates drop issues.

That's a tossup to me. You may be buying high on Gordon, and Booker could be in for a huge boost if Anderson is out for the rest of the season.

I'd go with Beasley for highest floor. If Floyd doesn't play, toss up between Brown or Jackson for big play potential but both are more boom-or-bust, IMO.

Obviously keep an eye on Riddick's injury situation, but still might go with Hill. another boom-or-bust guy, but seems like the Bengals will be keeping it on the ground more this week.

Anyone ever started a league midway through the season?

We drafted last night just to have another play league going on, and I'm having trouble adjusting the rankings. It automatically assigned wins and losses based on the previous 7 weeks and our draft starting lineup. Meaning one guy is 7-0, and another is 1-6 and we haven't even played a real game yet (next week was going to be W1).

Using ESPN.

I can't figure out a way to change the records...anyone know how to do that?

If you need somebody this week I'd say Smith I guess, or for the rest of the year I'd probably go Jennings although I don't think he'll last there or Henry if they balance them more. I don't think Hightower will actually get more carries than Ingram unless he blows it again.

^^ Wests and Coleman look like your best bet to me assuming Coleman isn't on any kind of a snap-count since it's his first game back. Shouldn't be since it was a hand injury that sidelined him, but you never know.

^ PPR or regular? Either way, I would've said Powell a few weeks ago but his usage has been sporadic at best the last couple of weeks. Would go Sproles and then Prosise in that order, but I'm in a PPR league.

was offered matt forte and deandre hopkins for dez bryant. 0.5 PPR, start 3 WRs and 2 RBs. my other WRs are Brandon Marshall, Jordan Matthews, and Donte Moncrief and my other RBs are Lamar Miller, Lativius Murray, Darren Sproles, Jeremy Hill.

so i've been trying to get a legit RB2 to have somebody more consistent/reliable that Murray, Sproles, or Hill.

thoughts? i'm leaning toward pulling the trigger

I would absolutely take that deal. Really don't feel like there's a ton of difference between Dez and Hopkins this year... both have been very inconsistent but obviously have big game potential. Hopkins is averaging more targets than Dez too though and Forte would be a solid upgrade at RB for you.

Trying to figure out my RB2 situation. Right now I've got Matt Asiata in there, but I think he's going to lose work to McKinnon and Hillman. Kapri Bibbs and James White are available on the waiver wire, but I'm not sure if either of them would be an upgrade. Bibbs is boom/bust right now, and White is a little iffy sitting behind Blount plus he's facing the Seahawks D. Thoughts?

This is a single-week deal since Latavius Murray is back next week.

^^^ I like White a lot tonight with the Seattle D being aggressive. Blount is the finisher but I expect this game to be close so the Pats will need to pass throughout. Bibbs isnt a bad play either but the timeshare breakdown is too much of a guess. Would need a week to see how it plays out.

PPR is definitely White, but standard is more of a tossup.
