Or, you can do what I do, which works every time. Learned it from my mother, who uses it for my dad, who is diabetic.

Use tissue as a wedge. Tear a tiny piece of tissue off, and wedge it under your nail as close to the ingrown nail as possible (maybe with an orangewood stick or something manicurists use to push back cuticles). Do this 2x/daily. I've never had an ingrown toenail that wasn't fixed with this, but then again, I've had 3 or 4 ever

I sleeptalk...like 3 or 4 times a week. Sometimes my fiance will say that I just shot up out of bed and screamed my head off. One time last week I shot out of bed and asked "whats that sound" and before he could answer, I responsed "Oh, those fucking mermaids"

I always fall right back asleep and never remember any of it the next morning.


I also sometimes I wake up and my right leg is in severe pain (like a pinched nerve) and I can't move my leg. It goes away after abouth 45 seconds-1minute. I am taking potassium to try and get rid of that.

I have that crazy pain you're talking about except it's in my intercostal muscles, it *only* happens when I wake up. I'll sit up and it's excruciating, it feels just like my cracked rib did, but it goes away quickly. It's so weird, it happens like every morning. My rib got cracked on the other side a while back from a super solid kick during sparring but that isn't what caused this IMO. I don't know what the fuck it is.

Several times a week I wake up with one of my arms asleep from the way I'm laying down. At first it was terrifying because it felt like my arm would fall right off. But now I just hold it up with my other arm in a position to get the blood flowing.
