Last thing worth noting before I quit posting in this thread.

Last year, when TJ was leading the nation in fg%, it was obvious our offense should have been running through him as the main option. Leslie Brown and Purvis were good role players but somehow they took most of his shots away. High fg% means you are not getting enough shots. Gott either missed that or maybe tried too hard to keep everyone happy.

Either way its over now and I'm over it. Just wanted to point it out more as Leslie purvis and Brown's credibility as opposed to Gotts. Maybe this is why they quit the team and why we were so much better without them. Imagine Wood and Howell on this team. psh.

Take out Warren and VAndy and our free throw shooting wasn't that bad. Warren should have been out of the game but he seems to be our 3rd best ball hanlder.

yall know I don't like Gott too much, but I'm not putting this entirely on him. Maybe he could have used some TOs to get the team's head back after Vandenberg's consecutive bricks at the FT line when it was obvious STL was going into hack-a-pack mode, but meh. We've been decent at FTs all year. We just NC Stated this one away, instead of Gotting it away, although the Tyler Lewis turnover off a timeout was a bit Herb-esque

Not Gott's fault that the team choked at the free throw line. It was a little questionable having Warren as the point man in the full court press when you have to foul and he had four fouls in overtime.
