lol, I kindof gauge my workout by it too. Like, the last time I didn't push myself and I only did 1365, so today was way better. I still don't believe the actual number can be accurate though. I'm lucky to get half that jogging or on an exercise bike.

Chest/core circuit

4x10 sets bench press with 4x40 sets bench leg extensions
4x12 sets dips with 4x22 hanging leg lifts
4x12 sets machine flies with 4 50 second flutter kicks
4x20 sets incline push ups with 4x40 crunches

sore as shit already

tricep/shoulder circuit tomorrow

had a nice workout yesterday. i did supersets for my shoulders and back then did some abs. also started back on my low carb diet. which means i'm going to have to be real good about not drinking beer. i have body pump today at 6.

my butt is sore today.

every so often a leg day actually works
i think today im gonna just do some sort of cardio, i think.

maybe i should do arms. i don't do them that much because they bulk up really, really easy and i dont want muscular arms

and at the rate im going my arms will be too muscular. i mean they're not toning much, they're bulking pretty badly.

so to clarify i, too, think muscular arms are hot....but mine will easily push into the too muscular zone if i dont watch it.

Turns out Mondays are an off day for my new training schedule (thanks begonias ) so I'm actually running tonight... I'm pretty excited, I mapped out a course and everything so I won't always have to do the stupid treadmill

True, muscular arms are hot. However, not if you have veiny arms like Madonna. Then it's gross.

No offense but I don't believe you. It takes a lot to for women to get gross arms, since they don't naturally produce testosterone. How much can you curl?

i dont know

i bench about 50ish (thats more chest though right?)
and i do about 30-35 front and side raises
any other day i gauge by whats hard for me that day.

i could go heavier but i dont want to.


my arms has increased 2-3 inches in mass in about 2-3 months.
it's not that they look muscular, they look BIG.

and we wont even get into my forearms
cody even noticed how big they were getting one day.

and im relatively sure its not fat.

annnddd as soon as i started to lay off of them (maybe only once a week now)...they settled down.

Women walk a fine line with arm mass...not enough weight, you run the risk of underarm fat sag, especially as you approach you 30’s. Too much weight, and you look like a dude. It takes a lot of work to maintain a good tone without adding too much bulk. I don’t envy your predicament.

i got a jump rope man, $5 @ walmart...quality one too

All I want for Xmas is some new workout gloves with wrist straps built in...my current ones are quite rank and beginning to tear in some parts. New straps would be nice too but I think I'd rather get some grip crushers and do more lifts raw. They had some hooks at walmart too for like $7...didn't pull the trigger...I suppose if I just wanted pure strength from the legs and eliminate a weak link the in the chain, I'd go for it, but I think I'd rather just stick with increasing grip strength.
