Every time I watch a Chargers game, I always see Phil fussing and griping with team mates. I know he has leadership qualities and likes to "talk" but most of the "talking" i see looks like they really hate each other.

Harrington has been over 100 rating the last 2 games. He has looked pretty solid the last 3 games.

^What do you mean "be back"? He has been pretty horrible the first 4 games not counting last week, and even then his team lost.

I know that. I'm saying it in hopes that last week was him getting back on track and that this week was a terrible fluke. I can only hope that he'll be back in top form: I don't know anything for sure, of course.

And yes, but Harrington has never had a rating that high.

Marty wanted to keep Brees, and the SD owners insisted on Rivers. i think Brees might've been a product of Marty's development, and may continue his downward spiral where he is now. whereas Rivers is a product of being a good football player his whole life.

maybe the SD owners had a plan -- maybe they know Norv was garbage and just brought him in for the interim/until they get a real coach.
