it sounds like you're really disappointed that i made it out of a bad part of my life without ending up dead or in prison. you should be happy for your ole pal jackleg, he beat the odds and put it behind him and got a real job and stays out of trouble! i'll admit the pillhead stuff used to bug me, but when you sit there and acknowledge that i overcame some pretty tough obstacles, it's good positive reinforcement. the haters keep me reminded that i did the right thing, and of how far i've come in the past couple of years
