At least it wasn't an all out embarrassment this time... but who would have thought that our offense would ever outshine our defense this year? Seriously, if we had them at 3 and 9 you could almost guarantee they'd pick up 14+ yards. If we had them 4 and 9 you could almost guarantee they'd pick up 30+.

yeah the guys in zone D need to do a better job of reading the QBs eyes.

a lot of times, he would throw the ball to the receiver near the sideline, and our guys would be in the middle of the field just watching

He stared down the receivers the whole game. hell, I was in section 7 and could tell where he was going to throw every time.

^^^ I wasn't at the best angle to see it, but I would've sworn that it went over the line when he stretched it out. didn't help that he tried to buttfuck the center before he went anywhere though.

^^RW took a little bit to get back into flow of things but he looked good by the end. I was a little disappointed he didn't take off on that very last play and maybe we try and hook and ladder our way down. There's no way he coulda thrown the ball 73 yards.

ha, our defense forced 3 turnovers but got destroyed in the air with 428 pass yards. And if it weren't for graham's 102yd kickoff return for a td and the long pass to owen for a td, it would've been a lot worse.

The other part to that was that Wilson thought about running but he stayed in teh pocket for just a sec longer and bammmmmmmmmmmmm.

Well maybe he's padding tackles because I saw at least 3 plays where he let the ball go by and be caught to make a tackle right after the catch and then 2 other plays where he was turned around and the ball went right by his ear. What are the defensive coaches teaching? Then the corners just run in a straight line the entire play. They never stop to turn around and locate the ball or sometimes even the man they are covering. Even in the endzone they run to the back of the endzone. A corner should never come within a yard of the back of the endzone before the ball is thrown.

Just an observation (and this can be verified or corrected) but it seemed to me like Wilson was already back in the game. Most of the initial passes I saw were good passes right to the receivers, but they couldn't make it happen. I recall only a few passes that were misthrown. Most of the ones I recall, however, were just dropped.

I was sitting right on the goaline at that end and had a perfect view of it... the whole ball was on the line. My section went beserck when they didnt overturn it on the review.

Not that it would have mattered the way we were getting rolled on D, but the two BCTDs at that end that were reviewed looked clearly down to me as well. Those are tougher to call without seeing the replay, though.

If you have a student ticket to the FSU, you need to get to the game early. I think student parking will be at the University Club due to the State Fair. We need to have a strong student showing on Thursday night.

As for the gap in the upper deck...
I havnt missed a home game since my freshman year. I didnt win a ticket in the initial lottery and couldnt get one on demand. It's not like guest tickets were available either for me to bum off of a friend getting a ticket.

Ticketing solution: give more student tickets away than there are seats b/c there is a good chance some people dont show up AND the 1st few student sections overcrowd anyways, so might as well overcrowd them all
