it depends on the context. I saw we when the scope is vs other team or vs nation. when the scope is vs the acc in general i sometimes slip up and say you and let we be miami.

We weren't really in fg range, but we were in 4th and manageable.

How about the O-line not blocking anyone on 3rd down in the second half? our last 2 posessions ended in a sack on 3rd down, and they sure as hell weren't coverage sacks.

Anyway, RW is the only reason we still stay in these games. Our offense was damn good today, we were just one play short. Our D on the other hand was also one play short, but they had about 10 opportunities to get off the field in the second half and didn't. They suck. Period. If you give up 92 yards in 3 minutes and lose, its sure as hell not your offense's fault.


btw, thats 3 games in a row we've given up late drives to lose. technically we didnt against FSU but we couldn't stop them once they took the lead.

its the two play calls before he took the sack.... we are pass blocking greatly and whoever called for two up the middle zone read draws fucked everything up

maybe bible, maybe the executive decision from Tom,,, but they ended up being the wrong calls
im not saying they didnt have reason to try them,,, but they were obviously just wrong, and that cost us big... pretty much the game in regulation for sure

Pretty good game for the most part, we had our opportunities but dropped passes, and giving up big runs really cost us. The game was tied with about 4 min to go, UMD take the ball 88 yards, uses all but 6 seconds on the clock, and kicks a field goal. We got the ball with 6 seconds, tried one incomplete pass, game over.

well to be fair to everyone, it's the coaches' fault that maryland should have destroyed us.

a couple of observations after my second visit to college park:

1. It is pathetic how much noise UMD pipes in through the PA system, especially on 3rd down. I couldn't hear the moderate crowd noise over that garbage.

2. UMD's stadium is even uglier when under construction

3. 50% of the UMD fans on the 50 yd line seemed to have sold their tickets to State fans, woo!

It really seemed like that TD catch by UMD at the end was valid... might have benefited us more too.

I still hate Maryland.

^our top two safeties started the year injured. Clem Johnson is back now but still getting up to speed on things. Javon Walker is out for the season.

I know, but Johnson only has 1 more year left, and I think it has been stated that Walker's injury may not let him be the same player he was. He was tearing it up before he got hurt last year.

We also lost John Ware at LB which would have given some much needed depth and experience if nothing else.
