Anyone care to give a game recap - I had a meeting and only caught the first half of the first quarter and the last 5 minutes.

What I know:
2 lost fumbles on the first 3 offensive snaps of the game.
Lost 38 - 10 (big surprise).

Any other highlights? Looking for positives and negatives. Well, I can imagine the negatives. I assume an int was thrown and that there were a few key dropped passes. I assume the defense made 3rd down the other teams most productive down again. Anything positive? At all?

I'd have to go back to refresh my memory. I guess I remember thinking that even though we lost 9 games we could make some adjustments and turn things around. Hell, just get a below average o-line and semi blind QB and we win more than 3.

I don't see that with this team. Nothing that gives hope for the future. Too many problems in too many areas.

chuck had 2 d1 wins and a 1aa win his last season. he also got raped by shit tier schools like ecu and southern miss. and the refs owned him against the partial qualifiers (never shouldve gotten to that point, obviously)

tob has 2 d1 wins and 2 1aa wins this year. only one 1aa wins counts towards bowl eligibility so he may as well have 3 wins this year

of course, we didnt play any real crap programs (in D-1, out of the acc) this year. those landmines are next year with UCF and ECU

I just got back from the game. It was a good atmosphere and awesome college town. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. Obviously the game didn't turn out the way I would have liked, but I didn't have high hopes entering it anyway. I mainly just wanted a nice weekend visit to a stadium I haven't been to before.

By my count, Russell Wilson has cost us possibly one game this season (and counting wake is pushing it, our D sucked nuts in that game) and our D has cost us all of them.


I mean I get it, Wilson has to do a better job of stepping up, but our O-Line isn't close to what it was at the beginning of the season, and we're giving up over 40 fucking points a game in our losses. O'Brien chewing wilson out is basically like pissing on a forest fire. Even if it worked it doesn't mean dick.
