Finally checked out the replay tools last night, and they are indeed extremely useful! I was very interested observing the AI early in the game to see how it managed its resources and units. It looks like the way I have been playing works OK so long as I can survive the initial rush. I did another Very Hard Zerg AI game again and came out on top with 1,137 units killed (point values, I presume?) and only 26 units lost. I can't wait for the full game to come out.

Hotkey all your queens. Hit Shift+V then hold down shift and hit backspace. (centers on a hatchery) Click the hatchery. Keep hitting backspace and clicking till your inject all your hatches.

Or you can just hotkey all of your queens, hit V and click on the hatchery on the minimap, you don't even have to look at the hatcheries. The only problem with this is if you click on a hatchery that doesn't have a queen standing next to it the closest queen will head over there.

If anyone is planning on waiting until launch to download the retail client - DON'T. Start downloading now and activate on launch day. It's already taken me 24 hours just to get through 2 out of the 7 gig installer.

on day9's feed there's from this tourney the white-ra vs. qxc games (where white-ra OWNED qxc) and Huk vs. TLO (TLO playing terran and winning) for TvP, and if you look back you can find plenty of good ones. IntoTheRainBOw vs. DiMaga was more terran ownage.

Word, I'll check it out. Wasn't really impressed with HuK's repeated mis-steps in the videos I watched (against Indra or something...and he wasn't that impressive either).

I really liked watching DiMaga, but I wish they had the round posted where he lost to white-ra. The commentator kept referring to TLO so he should be good to watch.

^^^ Both HuK and Idra are extremely strong players. HuK has very creative protoss gameplay, and Idra has very impressive macro skills. A lot can be learned from both of these players.

Hollywood is amateur compared to some of these high end game companies. Especially Blizzard.

iDrA has very good timing. But with a Tier 2 unit as strong as the hydra, there are probably more difficult things to do than appear good at zerg macro.
