I would be hard pressed to see POS staying in Carolina at this point, which is shitty because he is a great player.

I suppose this move is OK, but I really think we need to focus on a stay at home D guy... which I have been saying all year.

This move actually makes me think we will see Patty O sooner than later, even though it throws another forward into the logjam...

This is definitely a precursor to a move -- we are going to ship out at least one forward, possibly more. Maybe Babchuk + Samsonov/Jokinen to a team that needs PP help with a D-man in return? I can't really see anyone taking on Sammy's salary though, and Jokinen may have had 30g last year I doubt anyone is going to bite with the year he's having so far.

There is at least a mild shakeup coming soon though, one has to think.

yeah he's not very good
