They seem to be ok especially for the price. It'd be nice if the cover had some sort of magnet or something for the front flap to lock it into place but unless you're just holding it upside down on the opposite side, it should be fine. I'd hazard to guess that no one really NEEDS a $500+ tablet other than fanboys or fad chasers since they're just using it for web browsing, email, etc. Most of the sub-$200 tablets on the market are crap so put a tablet with decent hardware and a manageable OS at that price point and it's no surprise that people went crazy. Then you also have the possibility of Android running on it so all the nerds are also clambering after them.

Office Depot is really where it's at. Theirs is 19.99. Also there's some magnetic case on Amazon that people are saying is better than the HP version.

That damn Aberdeen store is great. I called them and they said they had only one more in stock (32GB) and let me order it using my credit card. They then had it waiting for me when I got there. The employee said she wished she could buy one but they are not allowed. When I told her the employees in the Raleigh area were taking them out by the cartloads she was pretty pissed.

Moral of the story, call Aberdeen Best Buy today and see if they got anymore in stock. Its worth the hour drive to deal with a rational Best Buy.

Also seems that the limit is one per sku so you should technically be able to get a 16 and a 32. They didn't have anymore 16's when I went Wednesday so I didn't try.
