No offense by this question, just curiosity..

But going by the above quote...then why publish the nudes? Why not keep those pictures for yourself, or have them available only to a limited number of people? I feel like you've posted many times about your close relationships with your family and how much you love them...why would you do something that they disapprove of so much that they would disown you?

i have friends in their mid-20s that would be disowned for sleeping over at their fiance's house. friends that would be disowned for smoking pot. where do you draw the line? no one should have to live under the shadow of their parents.

Oh...I would never insinuated that you would do it despite them.

I guess another question would be, what are the chances that they find out (percentage maybe??).

Obviously if you never thought they would find the pictures, then it would be a little different, IMO. But if you knew there was a good chance they would ultimately see them...then it just makes it interesting.

Its never an easy conversation. Dweedle went thru a similar ordeal when a picture of his ass crack from a party showed up on College Humor in late 2003. His parents were obviously upset, but he just explained that he was grown up now and responsible for his own decisions. They haven't spoken since, but he did say the whole experience was 'strangely liberating' for him as well.
