i haven't keyed into a thread in a long time but i am embarassed. i was wearing an nc state shirt in the gym down here in florida the other day and someone asked me "where is that?"

you would think the admin would learn not to hire alums because they are too hard to fire, or to not keep alums around because of their red shoes or red blazers, or whatever, but no.

another season of fully available coaches gone by the wayside...calipari, knight, barnes, capel.

we'll get stuck with another mid-major reject and have to settle for ACCT finals elimination and one-and-out in the Big dance.

i traveled to our manufacture site today and one of the other engineers saw my nc state shirts and said

'nc state, huh? great engineering school! they play basketball up there?"

i'm pretty sure he was just ripping me, but damn. the worst part is he was prob fsu/miami/gt/vt or something b/c it was in Tampa. i cant believe any of those schools (except maybe gt b/c of their past) can actually talk shit to a state fan. sucks.

lol. honestly i didnt really know who nc state was until about a year or two before attending... and i lived in nc . i did, however, know who unc were and hated them with a passion even before i became a state fan, so i guess i was destined to become one.

pretty much. nothing this school did during the time i lived in nc stood out for me to recognize them...and i didnt learn of them for educational purposes till after i found out it was a good school for what i wanted to do
