yeah...i would keep totally professional - you never know when you may run into that same dude somewhere down the line.

if you think about it from a hiring position, it would be in their best interest to keep each person believing that they want to hire them (if they are a feasible canidate) until they make their decision. just as it's in your best interest to keep potential employers thinking that they are the one and only company you've ever wanted to work for until you land a job.
