how more specific could i have made my ad. I even told him... 97 tls 01 tlr engine.. i had that bike up FOREVER half of you guys had to see how specific i was in listing every detail out. and the bike doesn't make more hp bc it isnt tuned for that, i even told him that.

2000 dollar paint job? i dont see a response to that.

and it over heats? um.. never had a problem with that and i had that engine in there for 8000 miles... right after he bought it, he changed the oil even tho i told him i just did. then he calls me complaining it's overheating and asking how much oil he's supposed to put in... i said 3.5 quarts.. he only put in 1 quart... what an IDIOT.

^^that's an easy one for the benz... if this "friend" is really the original/current owner, just have them do an affidavit of facts form which effectively signs over the lost title to you. or, she can just apply for a lost tite, get it, and then sign it over. first way is easier/less paperwork/hassle though.
