Shoulders and back today.

Arnold press, cable lateral shoulder raises, upright row, deadlift, lat pulldown, hyperextensions, good mornings, hang cleans.

Now that I look at it, that's a shit ton of exercise, probably should have cut a couple of those out, but I was feeling so good today.

I wanted to do a lot more cardio today than I did this morning. maybe I'll hop on the exercise bike during the late playoff game tonight.

so far i've done 3 sets of bicep curls, 3 sets of dips, 3 sets of shoulder press

i'm about to do 3 sets of pushups and then 8 minute abs

I went running outdoors for the first time in a while on Friday. It was a lot easier than on the stuffy treadmill, but my calves got a wakeup call. Running outside is a hell of a lot more enjoyable in weather like Saturday's...

^ What do you work out for? The average weight lifter isn't a sled dragger.

I rode 12.5 on the single track on Saturday and went for a short 3.5 jog yesterday.

I ran 2 miles at Lake Johnson and felt pretty great, I only walked for 2 minutes and my final time was 22:30, which sounds slow but is 30 sec faster than my previous best!

there were some Meredith girls on the trail who I was trying to keep up with, that's how I was motivated for speed

I am in shape Round is a shap. I ate a whole pizza and downed a 2 litter of Coke. Screw running and exersice you will only have a heart attack and die tired.

i only ran for about 1 mile today

i usually run for about 1.5-2 (although it kills me, im still working on it)
then do some resistance training (whatever i feel like doing that day)
then finish up on the ellipitical for about 15 minutes


but my excuse is that im hungover

tomorrow's gonna suck though when i "make up" for today

Hoping the warmer weather is here to stay so I can get back to endurance training.

Ran a 5k today. Went 8:48 mile pace for the first 1.3778 miles, and came in at 8:24 pace for 8:35 overall.

Kinda slow
