I don't drink often, so yeah. Haven't had alcohol since January. I don't miss it.

^Banana's are pretty fatty as fruits go. But banana calories =/= cookie calories.

Fish oil is good for you at least.

But you'd have to eat a lot of sushi to reach those levels.

most of the fish I eat is low in fat and omega 3s, so I supplement with fish oil. It's a shame that I don't like salmon as much as I like tuna, tilapia, and shrimp/scallops.

Is it best to take the multi vitamin in the morning or at night?

I didn't know it was a twice a day deal for fish oil. I can feel the old age coming to me, soon it'll be ten pills to take a day.

For the fish oil I take one gelcap twice a day, if you take them all at once it can cause fishy breath.

It's called the Rush and it's in Knoxville TN. I asked if they were anywhere else and they said they're considering moving to NC.

For anyone who can commit to a workout regime but is struggling with their diet I highly recommend "You on a diet"

A lot better than I expected but I've always been the person who wants to understand the HOW and WHY before fixing a problem.

I just love fucking researching things in general, SDHEEIT

Bananas have anti oxidants which are anti inflammatory to help with digestion. They also help satiate you.

I eat them for breakfast but I'm picky, I only like them when they're still sorta green, the minute it starts browning the taste becomes awful good for nothing.

I need to buy some nuts.

I am really proud of myself....

I did the elliptical for 70 minutes last night on the second highest resis...

How many calories do you think that burns and on avg how far am I going?

My elliptical is a little weird about the stats but I got it for hella cheap so I am not complaining.

Well I do manual settings. If you do level 12 for an hour it says you burn roughly 940 calories.

I only do the elliptical for thirty minutes, increasing every few minutes to get my heartrate up, then I switch to the bike or some other equipment for fifteen more. 45 mins to an hour at the gym 6 days a week is good.

In this book 13 hours or more of exercising can damage your joints, so be careful! Be sure to do resistance training too as the muscle growth will burn more calories throughout the day than cardio alone!

I just wanna spew what I've learned recently. Anyway, good job and keep up the good work!!

Oh I do it on level 7 out of 8...

My boyfriend said I got rid of probably 250 calories... I dunno. That's a big range.

Damn this website says 872 as an estimation

I've gone from 180 a few weeks ago down to 169 today just by being more active and not drinking soda or eating candy.

Good job!

I'm gonna weigh myself tonight to see what's been happening. I'm wearing some old jeans that were waaaaaaaay too tight when I started this. Couldn't button or even zip, had me gasping for air.

Now they're loose in the leg and only slight flab hanging over it. Still a little tight but a noticeable difference.

Hay guys anyone know what an omentum is?!

Your mother may be ginormous or a multitude of reasons or you may not have inherited whatever bad genes she has (it takes two, remember.) It's obvious you don't have a shitty metabolism. You post about how you don't work out and you still drink several times a week yet you have lost a lot of weight in the last few months.

Like I said...you should be thankful.

I eat plenty, but i dont eat sugar, oils, butter, most dairy, meat, and little fat. I eat a low cal, high fiber, high protein diet. I also try to eat things that speed up metabolism such as hot tea and spicy foods.

I ordered some diet pills the other day, Hydroxycut Hardcore. I know that most ppl say that diet pills are dangerous (blah blah blah) but I was wondering if anyone has any true postive experirences from taking diet pills, stories that you would be willing to share? I've researched diet pills, I know what the side effects are. I'm going to take them anyway but I just want to hear some positive stories... thanks.

diet pills are for weak minded people that have no discipline in their life. And from what Ive seen, the effect of them is slow going, and usually minimal, and if it does make a difference, you almost always gain it all back...or more.

diet pills that work are either illegal or misunderstood. I think hydroxycut hardcore contains yohimbe in it, which works well as long as you restrict your calorie AND carbohydrate intake sufficiently.

the ECA stack works very well, although you have to make it yourself by buying separate ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin pills. personally, I don't like the idea of taking aspirin in that stack, but it seems to be very popular.

I wouldn't say that I'm weak-minded but I have very little will power when it comes to diets. Maybe I don't have any discipline in my life. I usually do what I want and worry about the consequences later.
