i recruited this guy my first year in my State offline dynasty...WR...6'7" 186 pound freshman...96 speed...his overall is a 76 but he is so good its not even fair for the computer...if he has single coverage I just have to throw a long lob and he outruns pretty much any corner...speed in this game is a huge advantage

It's all fucked...the recruit rating system. I have to artificially limit myself to not just go after speed or else I wind up with a full WR corp of >95 speed guys that I can just spam long bombs to....

i was trying to rip those ncsu songs so i could make my custom soundtrack.......it says it wont allow u to rip mp3 files to your hard drive soooooo.........how do u get them on there then?

if you pop a cd in the drive do you have the option to 'Create Audio CD' or anything like that?

in a burning program you should basically have two options:

CD or DVD

if you pick CD, you should have options like Audio CD, VCD, SVCD, Data Disc, etc

pick Audio CD

dunno what else to tell ya

So I finally got around to getting this game after being an avid player the last few years(360 was bricked).

After reading some comments I just don't see some of the complaints when I'm playing. I took out Evans(unfair because he's not that good in real life) and I'm rolling with Russell Wilson(like 68 overall but quick).

I am currently 7-0(#5 in the nation) and no it's not on the easiest difficulty.
Running is pretty easy, tend to break off big runs to the outside with Eugene. Eugene is already a heisman candidate averaging like 130+ yards a game and 9.2 yards a carry and he's broken TA's TD record. I can pass pretty efficiently but it looks pretty realistic because I have a lot of passes just short. I think Wilson has like 7-2 TD-INT ratio and averages somewhere around 180 yards a game.

And I saw comments about speed being crucial, and it's true. WR #5 for FSU was torching me on deep routes but my 2 KR TDs(Brown and Bowens) helped. Think he ended the game with like 8 catches for 200+ yards and 3 TDs, haha.

Also have some 5-Star recruits with me in their top 3, which isn't bad for the first season. So far, so good.

Haha, no I just liked how people were like, "this game is crap, I can't run the ball at all and I can't get any pressure." When in fact it's not hard to do either if you know what you're doing.

It's obviously crap that NC State can be undefeated after 7 games, but it's that way in every sports game, as a user you can always make-up for unfair match-ups by playing the game a particular way. Just like Oklahoma State can beat USC on a Thursday night. Would you really want to play a game where NC State had half the starters injured every season and could never do better than .500?

The only things I've noticed that are suspect so far are the kick returns(way too easy) and the rubber-banding(fumbles, etc) and they've increased the penalties which I like. I was just giving my opinion so far. So far dynasty is like every other year's with a few upgrades.

Also note that you are playing the now patched version, which fixed most of the problems...so yeah, it's better now.

And yes, I'd rather play a realistic game where piss poor teams (like State) couldn't go undefeated. I want a realistically challenging game, not an arcady "Wide Open" game that plays more like Blitz than NCAA football should. It's still a very flawed game plagued by lots of problems IMO.

all you have to do really to play realistically is play on heisman for the most part.

my all time biggest pet peeves so far are people that choose florida online so I choose UGA or LSU and they quit... so I have to use Clemson and then when I run a contain 4 times in a row and they can't convert on 4th and 29 after trying to roll Tebow right into Bowers AGAIN they quit. Shit pisses me off.

truth. I was pissed about Heisman when I first started playing on it, but now that I understand not to be an idiot with the ball, it has gotten a lot better. I am actually averaging more TDs than INTs now that I know not to make stupid passes.

Also, running against most defenses up the middle is a strong point of attack unless their D-line is stout. The one thing I have seen though is if you get faced with a 99 99 99 team then good luck competing. That however is pretty standard. It's like a 1/100 chance of winning and really I suppose that is the way it is supposed to be.
