Yeah i think when a 1st team all nba center makes 1 field goal, that is a pretty effective game

rally, do you even watch these games????

WHAT ARE YOU WATCHING DUDE???

The Lakers "cast" have shot 47% from the field in the playoffs (512/1096)
Ariza is 31 of 62 from 3 land
3 members of the "cast" are shooting above 51% in the playoffs!!

no rally, we saw last night what kind of player Kobe is

i just hope, for your sake, that you can get over your ego of the Magic being a better team, cause if you stick to your guns, you're due to lose even more money

cant believe you bet on orlando in the first place, that was pretty retarded

He trolled me with his Michael Vick program for a solid year. He is too educated to actually believe the stupid claims he makes.

The real question is do you watch the games? They hacked Howard everytime he went to the basket so although he only made one FG those moves directly put points on the board.

They also double teamed him nearly every possession and he did a great job getting the ball out for open jump shots. It's not his responsibility to make the open threes.

Again, novice fans put way too much emphasis on points and ignore nearly every other aspect of the game.

And it's well documented that Derek Fisher, Vujacic, etc have been missing all of their jumpers all postseason. Ariza is the exception to that comment. Hell, Odom was horrific until game 5 of the nuggets series and he's been the obvious difference for the Lakers the last three games.

One thing is for sure the Magic have to play a close game tonight or the series is over, they are too inexperienced to shake off another bad performance.

I think they have to at least try using Gortat and Howard at the same time to neutralize the way Gasol/Bynum killed them on the inside. Rashard/Turkoglu will have to alternate some minutes at the 3 to allow the bigs to both get on the court. I don't think they can stick with Lee as much if he doesn't show anymore effectiveness on Koberman. Also, Jameer Nelson should be used sparingly because he clearly doesn't have the conditioning to play at this level for long. Alston has to take advantage of his quickness over Fisher and force them to use guys liek brown and farmar

The only way the Magic win this game tonight is if Kobe Bryant comes down with the swine flu before tipoff. Lakers sweep. Kobe > Lebron/Howard

Van Gundy is coaching them out of the series with his illogical substitutions.

Howard and Gortat looked great together and it's clear Gortat is their third most effective player in the series. Unreal he can't get minutes out there but a scrub like Redick plays a shitload of minutes and goes 0-80 from the field.

Its inexcusable that Kobe does nothing and Rashard Lewis goes apeshit and the magic are still down.

Again he stuck with an ineffective Nelson for way too long and clearly he is ruining Alston's confidence because he played great against Cleveland and he's been worthless so far in this series.

Cleveland's D was piss poor. They were one desperation heave away from being swept.

LA actually has real players and a team who is talented. It's not Rafer's confidence, he's just not that good of a player.

They should play Jameer as much as possible and say screw you to Alston. PLay Jameer now and let him get his legs, then get his confidence up with a few games at Home.

If Howard can get a dunk or two....this game will turn quick in favor of the Magic.

not when you still have the ball

its not like he made some layup and stared at the ref when he was running back to the other end of the court

he just kind of stopped play and waited for something to happen

As a life long Lake fan....I can still say that I'd rather have this thing go 7 games and make it interesting. playoffs are the only good thing about the nba and blowouts are fucking lame. I'd rather go 7 games and have them LOSE then have them win by sweeping in 4. ghey

THIS IS OUR COUNTRY (2006 REMIX)

In any case, ^^^ is beyond strange. I think I'd rather have my team win it no matter how than lose in a "pretty" series...

I'm pulling for LA though, because love Kobe as an athlete...

^well I guess I should rephrase....I'm a life long Lakers fan because I've never been a big NBA fan to begin with nor have I found another team in all my years that I would rather root for....I've certainly been to more Lakers games than any other team so of all the teams I'd root for the them while any Lakers shit I own was either given to me or left at my house...and I'm more rooting for them because I have friends who are big fans....

We were hockey fans growing up. Also....Luke Walton is one of my boys so ya know....I gotta root for him. Oh..and Reddick can bite me so there ya go....not that he matters though....

about as much as howard does

they're 2 of the players in the league who in their minds, a) have never committed a foul, and b) get fouled every time they shoot
