If it's more of the same next year TOB has to be fired. No excuses, whatsoever. If I were a betting man, our staff won't change and Archer will be back. The players coming back will have had a year to play under his system (though it's the same system we've had for 3 years), so all of the accountability belongs to TOB.

Lol. A better record next year. Two division II wins, one conference win, and another division I win. Four wins, three of which came from some terrible, terrible teams. I'd like to be able to say that it can't get worse, but then I remember that this is NCSU we are talking about here.

If Archer isn't let go during the off season then I don't see much of a point in anticipating the start of the next football season. Whatever, we have a shit load of injuries, an underclassmen defense, and a coach with a PROVEN track record. I'm calling this year a fluke.

The "powers that be" will as well, so might as well get behind the team next year.

I will say this though, I'm at the brink, and the UNC game ass raping we're likely to take certainly won't help.

UNC's defense IS their offense. Look at their last 4 games.

1. Defense wins the game at VT by forcing late fumble giving offense field position for winning FG.

2. Defense shuts down Duke offense, wins ugly shitfest of a game by controlling field position.

3. Defense picks off Jacory Harris 4 times and takes two turnovers to the house beating Miami.

5. Defense picks BC 5 times and takes two to the house.

If we can just prevent any costly turnovers we have a shot at beating UNC. That said we'll probably still lose by 20+ because our special teams are so retardedly bad.

Carolina's offense sucks turkey sac. If we can just get some stops on them our offense SHOULD be good enough to put some points up and not turn the ball over constantly like most offenses do. If Wilson refuses to run and get outside the pocket and try to make plays this week he is dead to me.


It's simple, we win this game and the season is forgiveable. We lose, and O'Brien deserves some criticism.
