OK, so Id like to retract my previous statement of "being bored" with this game. Upon giving it a chance, and actually getting into it and figuring it out, its actually a lot of fun. Its also an extremely witty satire/scathing review of our modern 21st century America. One could easily look back at this in 50 years as a pretty interesting time capsule of where we were in the post recession decade of the 10's.

That being said:

Can you buy business to generate wealth like you could in GTA SA?

If you buy a lot of shares in "safe stocks" can you make money just by holding on to them, or do you need to sell high to make a profit? IE long term investing vs day trading?

i did one of Franklin's blue dot missions and it was to help a couple thieves escape the cops. One of them ended up being Packie McReary from GTA IV. He joined my heist squad and I used him on the Jewel heist. He had higher ratings than the best gunman and driver and wanted a smaller cut. We made out like bandits.

There is a mission of Franklin's where he and Lamar go to do something, and Trevor shows up unexpectedly and wants to help out. The dialog was fucking hilarious.

I like how in this game you only actually get paid when it makes sense for you to get paid (and sometimes not even then)

No more missions where you just go buy a gun and clothes and the universe rewards you with 500 bucks for some reason.

^I haven't reached that point yet...but I would imagine that the assassinations are probably of a certain high end dude for a certain company, and there is another company that will benefit from this because they are in the same business. Or something of the sort. I'm not real sure because, like I said, haven't gotten to that point yet. I have a few stocks that I have a little money in. Just low money stocks because I don't have any money yet. One has risen 10% since I bought it though. The other hasn't moved...lol

So i bought a mountain bike and now I want to do some riding on Mt Chiliad

Is there any way to actually get the bike there without pedaling from south LS?

If there is it probably told me about it during one of those guides that pop up for 1/2 second while you're chasing someone in a car and you already hit a tree so they are going to get away unless you focus and drive perfectly.
