Yes the Joiner pass to T and then holding up the 3 as he swished it…fucking beautiful. Better than the DSJ dunk in Cameron. Hopefully this season turns out better than that

I'll give credit to Keatts where it's due. I groaned at a starting lineup of Ebe and Gantt, but it seemed like denying the refs an opportunity to give DJ two early stupid fouls was a smart move.

There was also a point in the first half when we were doing well, playing good defense and then a couple of possessions in a row, Terq did what he does and cranked early 3 pointers that missed. He got pulled and LJ went in which seemed strange at the time given it was early in the first half still.

I of course have no idea what happened while he was out, but I'd like to think Keatts got him settled down a bit because he came back in and played within the team immediately afterwards.

It'd be good to see more of those type of coaching moves. Then again, everything looks brilliant when you shoot nearly 40% from 3 and Duke looks as bad as the back surgery year.

I think the refs swallowed their whistles on those inbounds plays in the last minute. And of course Maddux couldn't miss. Pretty impressive come back by VA Tech, thank god we made our free throws.

I concur on Gantt and Ross never shooting another three the entire season, I don't care how wide open you are.

^^ I still don’t know if we’re good or not. But the rest of the acc is not particularly good. There’s not really any unwinnable games left (except at UNC because we forget how to play basketball the second we step into the Dean Dome).

Those are all super winnable. Doubt we’ll go undefeated in those. But I also doubt we’ll go winless in the games I didn’t list. 10 is doable for sure but would love to have the Miami game back. It’s twofold. The ACC is down, so it’ll take more wins to get in. But because the ACC is down we can potentially beat anybody in the league.
