wph said Wood did hurt his knee; however, according to him he's feeling fine.

Talked with Scott about his injury about an hour ago. He's feeling ok, but he may need to get some work done on that knee.

These two both seem like minor injuries, and they won't effect they're playing time here, so I don't see any reason to get upset. CJ Williams got hurt, Howell got hurt, and it didn't effect CJ and I don't expect it to effect Howell.

I wish both of them speedy recoveries, but Harrow missing a couple of tournaments or whatever is not really the end of the world.

i don't really understand why seniors who are signed are playing extra-curricular tournaments over the summer in the first place.

i feel like its a good thing for both, that they get to rest for a few weeks and dont have anything to really recover from.

dave telep was saying that harrow looked like he had tired legs a month ago. he can come back with some legs under him and get that 5th star on rivals.

Injuries aren't a good thing period, but let's not blow these out of proportion. Harrow and Wood have both had insane schedules lately and it was bound to catch up with them eventually. It's not surprising that they got nicked up in the process. Having said that, these are typical MINOR injuries and I'm not overly concerned with either.

Far be it that any of us see the glass as being half full

Yes it is silly to call an injury a "good thing," but it's NOT silly to admit that both Harrow and Wood had been pushing themselves too hard. If these injuries serve a wake-up call to take some much needed rest before something really serious occurs, then yes I'd say some good comes from it.

Harrow's injury is nothing. Stress fracture is no big deal and he'll be FINE by the beginnign of his SR season...

If Wood did indeed injure his knee that is far more worrisome. I like how the WPH guy said that "work might need to be done" on it but it's no big deal... Anytime you hear that a ligament COULD be damaged, it is no good. Hopefully it is as minor as he believes...

You know what, you're right simonn. Though it's been well disguised, I've actually spent the last 7 years, 4 months, and 14 days (and counting) with the expressed intent of trolling you. Nevermind the fact that you've only been on TWW for the past 3 years, 9 months, and 23 days. That doesn't mean anything. Also ignore the fact that, despite my near 2:1 advantage in time here at TWW, you somehow have 17,177 more posts than I do (averaging 14 posts/day to my paltry 0.9 posts/day). Yes, in spite of all this, it is in fact I who is doing the trolling.

I believe the Bobs have a question for you:

Calling people out on the internet is always an exercise in futility. I just couldn't believe a guy that posts 13 more times A DAY tried to say I was trolling HIM.

And yes, by responding, I jusþ sunk to his level.

::sigh::

What the fuck does posts per day have to do with trolling?

And do you not realize that simonn didn't really think you signed up just to troll him? I mean, c'mon, guy.

And what does any of this have to do with recruiting?

yeah, I think the thing I've noticed is that Erios's sarcasm detector isn't properly calibrated.

here's a tip--fuck everyone else in this thread, just keep posting what you want to post. At least you stay on topic all the time.

leave the retardation to me and OhBoyeee

He posts a lot. I don't. Yet I'm the troll. That's about it.

Yes, I'm 100% certain he meant exactly what he said. I mean really who uses sarcasm around here anyway?

I think simonn's innane commentary is read by every single State recruit. In fact, I'm sure that they all check this board 47 times a day checking for his latest posts. Yeah, I know, I was surprised too...
