well ive pointed out two on here from both ends where the player was onsides but they called off. there was another close one too but i forget when/where. i was in the other room but watching so i couldnt quite tell what was goin on

spain has been winning close games 1-0 in this game. so if it stays scoreless, i think they'll be pretty confident they can squeak one out. germany has been dominating, and spain's draw at halftime will probably be a little discouraging

it didnt look like he dove there though. he actually got tripped. ramos wasnt even close to playing the ball and ozil will still have a chance to strike it if he isnt tripped...i cant see how this isnt called a penalty

i think this ref is pretty content in not blowing the whistle and possibly deciding the game one way or the other. i think he's going to let them play, and a tackle will have to be particularly malicious to get a PK in the box today.
