This year, since Christmas was on Thursday, I had a company-wide breakfast/awards ceremony/paycheck distribution on the 24th and was off until the 5th. Normally we don't have that much time off, but we never work between Christmas and New Years. There is too much overhead costs for us to work a 3 day week.
