the more you do them. the less sore your abs will get.

well i mean if she just starts out doing like 300 situps, then yeah its gonna get sore. but after doing them a while. it wont get sore.
i would do abs then stop for a while and get back on and they would get sore. then i would do the same amount or so and it wouldnt be sore as hell.
