The play was ruled no goal by the ref. By rule there had to be conclusive evidence that the puck did indeed cross the goal line for the call to be overturned. Unfortunately for the Pens, fortunately for the Flyers, the only camera that would have shown the puck crossing the line ( which I am pretty sure it did ) was blocked by Biron's glove. Hence no goal.
