Well that's the risk you take when you buy them from the bowl website. If you wait and buy them from the school you'll be assured of sitting with other state fans.

^Not necessarily. For the Gator Bowl, our tickets were right in the middle of the ND seats (1 row in the section). And yes, we got them through state.

welp...student tickets are 20 and guest tickets are 40 on the student ticket website. then $5 bucks fees for each ticket.

Same here. We had some annoying ass Asian ND fans right in front of us, with those STUPID green noise sticks things. My mama was like "ONE MORE TIME, and I'm gonna GRAB THAT SHIT FROM HER HANDS!" LOL Needless to say, they left early. ;-)

I too have been to every bowl since Tangerine and have always bought my tickets through NCSU and have had great seats every time...
The best was the car care bowl where we were on the first row in the end zone next to the band. it was Awesome.

I'm waiting to buy through ncsu's allotment. fwiw

can someone explain to me how they do the student ticket thing? You print off a voucher and go to the Will-call booth with your group and they hand out tickets to you so you can sit together in that way??? is that how it works?

okay, yes I have been to our bowl games, but I don't have the time to read what side we are on. I know that we can get 1 student ticket and 8 guest tickets...haha that is a LOT of people we could bring...I am thinking about getting the hotel only package for the 4 of us. 329 split 4 ways for 2 nights. so 81 for the whole hotel for 2 nights so 40 each night, ticket is 20 and gas will be able 20-30. so a bowl game for less than 150...then spending money, What is the teams OFFICIAL HOTEL.

im pretty sure that the Students/wolfpack club seating will be on the opposite side of all these people buying section 9 seats. If you go to the website, you are not allowed to buy tickets for one side of the stadium, which is where i'm guessing they are going to put wolfpack club/students/band. Since there is no longer an upper deck and they don't put us in the endzones, i may just wait and get my student tickets instead of dropping 40+ for section 9's

It's my understanding they don't know how student ticketing works right now. I called earlier today because, as a Staff member I get a certain discount by going to the box office, but my friends still in school only get their's by going online; so I wanted to see about the logistics of sitting together.

The guy basically told me I'd have to put in a special request, but they didn't know exactly how things would work out for student tickets at the moment.

depends on the scope of the question. Is 6-7 good considering we started 2-4? Probably. A yes if we lost in a close game with Rutgers that we were competitive in the whole time.

I'm getting section 8, I have heard that our band is trying to sit in section 39, so we should be able to hear our band really well as opposed to sitting on the same side of the band in the State section.
