good grief people. it's a subjective argument. people are going to disagree but it doesnt matter. there is no right or wrong on this. i dont personally think it was rush worthy but it doesnt matter. im glad we won and im glad the students had a good time. and i highly doubt costner was really worried about getting hurt. he was just commenting on the rush and from the sound of it he didnt think it was rush worthy either. but it doesnt matter guys. just roll with it.

^^^ well I actually had to once. it was the BC game in 2006 with the famous Daniel Evans Hail Mary to John Dunlap with 17 seconds remaining. During the celebration in the student section some freshman high fived me and was like "dude we are rushing the field man" and I said "no we don't rush the field for freaking Boston College." he quickly realized how stupid he was for that brief moment. yeah maybe they were ranked in the top 25 and had the better coach, but based on the recruiting rankings our team was more talented. that's like beating a recent Wake team in football. yeah maybe they are good, but beating them isn't too far of a stretch for it to be considered a big upset.

NC State Students vs Wake Forest Parents fiasco:

I was sitting 2 rows right behind the WF parents, so I had an excellent seat for the drama that unfolded. So, this is what happened based on what I saw..

1st, NC State student was talking junk about a WF player as the WF team walked off at halftime.

2nd, a WF mom overheard the junk talk, turned around and threatend to slap the NC State student

3rd, a second NC State student told her that she's not going to slap anyone

4th, the mom's husband turns around and says, "come here" to the second NC State student and grabs him by the shirt

5th, the student section errupts and yells at the mom and dad to GTFO

This is when students tried to get security to tell them that a student was physically harrassed by a WF parent. The security people made the WF parents involved move down a few seats, then threatended to kick out any NC State students who cursed. After a lot of crying about the situation on our end, we eventually let it go and enjoyed the ass whooping on the court.

I just so happened to be the jackass who got the whole thing on my camera phone as soon as i saw the yelling begin. Not wanting to involve myself in the drama, I kept my little gem to myself

I'm a big Lowe fan, but parallel stats to Herb doesn't cut it. Look at where we were when Herb picked up the program vs when Lowe did. I know currently we have the style change to slow down the transition, but I mean Herb had to pick up our team after Les Robinson

I don't think anyone is "pleased" with Sid's parallel #s, and I don't think those #s have made any "ardent" supporters yet.

If he's still running parallel a year or two from now, therewill be cause for concern.

Until then, I'm going to enjoy these wins and keep hoping the team gets better.
