yeah everything runs a lot smoother but I think it takes about 9 gigs to save. Luckily I have an elite so hard drive space isn't really an issue. And it's nice not to have to hear the dvd drive spinning.

And from this point forward any game that is won immediately after a restart will be thrown out and you will have 1 game to play.

And props to tmmercer for not restarting. I saw the score was 49-21 score and totally expected to see a restart.

SC was rolling against Georgia when they gave up 14 points in the fourth, including a bullshit completion in double coverage for 50+ yards that setup the game tying score.

that's weird. when I logged in it showed no games left to play and I didn't bother looking at the score. It seemed that EA's dynasty servers were having problems though cause I kept losing connection trying to update the online dynasty.



The #5 Alabama Crimson Tide rolls to another victory with a 34-7 win over North Texas. Bama carried over their run game from last week with a 231yd 1 TD performance from Mark Ingram. North Texas moved the ball successfully on their opening drive but missed a 25yd chip shot to come away with no points. The Tide then had a great drive down the field only to turn the ball over on a goal line fade that turned into an int and fumbled the ball away on their next possession. Saban went back to what worked against FIU and pounded the ball on the ground with some passes mixed in and closed out the half with a 21-0 lead. Wasn't much going on in the 2nd half as Bama ran the clock and ended up controlling the time of possession 20:00 to 7:14. North Texas's lone TD came in the 4th quarter on the 2nd Team defense and blown coverage.

UP NEXT: 3-0 Alabama will look to remain perfect as they open SEC play against Arkansas. Should be a good game as the nation's top rushing offense will be going against the Razorbacks #3 rush defense.

Any upset hopes Temple may have had left the game with their star running back in the first quarter. Harper, Herbstreit's player to watch, is expected to be out 12 weeks with a broken jaw. Temple struggled to find any offensive identity throughout the game, and will have a long flight back to Philadelphia to think about it. Clem Johnson set the tone in the first quarter with an interception return for a TD, followed by a snuffed out fake punt on the following drive. TJ Graham took over from there, leading the Wolfpack to an 80-7 rout.

Wannstedt and his Pittsburgh staff will surely make special teams coverage an emphasis this week in practice, as TJ Graham produced a performance that even wowed Desmond Howard, returning a punt and two kickoffs for touchdowns and a combined 289 return yards. Graham rounded things out with 7 catches for 123 yards, and 1 rush for 2 yards.

Russell Wilson was not asked to do much, as the defense and special teams left the offense with a short field (or never taking the field) all day. Still, Wilson turned in an efficient if not spectacular performance on 9 of 11 passing for 164 yds and 2 TDs, and a 47 yard TD scramble after stepping up in the pocket to avoid a blitz.

The backups entered the game just before the midway point in the third, with a seamless transition to freshman signal caller Mike Glennon handing the ball off to Jamelle Eugene.


The Wolfpack advance to 3-0, as they prepare to host a Pitt team likely to advance to 3-0 (home against Navy) before jumping into conference play.
