You know when they do the offense/defense introductions and they overlay a video of the players saying their name and what university they went to... Anyone else hear one of the players during the 49ers game say they were from "The UNC". With emphasis on the "the".

So is UNC trying to be another one of those schools were people always try to correct you and make sure you include a THE every time you mention them?

So fucking pumped for tonight. This game is like an ESPN wetdream. Hard Knocks, Revis back and the matchup with Moss again, Favre returning to New York where the fans hate him, Favre finally getting to play with Moss, Holmes back from suspension, Mark Sanchez maturing, Favre cock pic story, Rex Ryan quotes, Vikings must win, etc, etc...

So many storylines...

This is infuriating. Should be a 3-4 score game based on how the Jets have dominated. All these FGs WILL come back and haunt them...

The Vikings should be regretting going for 2 so early. There was plenty of time left, but now they need 2 scores to come back with barely any time left.

as soon as i posted it i was thinking "unless there's a pick-6...favre does tend to panic in the final seconds of games he's losing..."

is Favre crying?

^speaking of pick-6, i'm now down less than 1 point in my fantasy league...come on Jets sack or pick of fumble!

[Edited on October 12, 2010 at 12:28 AM. Reason : .]

WOOT won 113.06 to 112.80 after that last sack

Um, they tried. Until they backed the Jets off the line AP was getting stone cold stopped at the line. He had something like 34 yards on 14 carries at one point in the third quarter.

Smart. I wouldn't want to be anywhere near Roethlisberger either if I was a chick...

Are male reporters allowed in female locker rooms like volleyball? If so sign me up for technician sports writer so I can cover some ACC womens volleyball.
