Never been so happy to see us beat an unranked OOC team!

If we get play like that every night we will win 9 out of 10 games. Lots of intensity, Vandy was NOT a liability, Tyler gave Zo a great rest when he really needed it, Warren may have had a down night but he was the only one. Zo's offense is back, now if he can get his turnover number down we will be back on track at PG. Smooth sailing til ACC play makes me happy

Yeah we're not where we want to be but at the end of the day we only have one bad loss, and even then Ok. St. isn't a terrible team. Still got a long ways to go but did what we needed to do against a good team.

That win was huge for down the line. Hopefully it will be a big confidence boost for the team. They get to play Cleveland St. at Reynolds which should really get them amped up. This may have already been said, but I really feel that the losses of Alex Johnson & CJ Williams were underestimated. It seems like the team needs a leader now that those two are gone. Maybe Rich can fill that role...although you don't want your leader sitting on the bench with 16 fouls every game (I know he didn't get any tonight). We're more talented than any team in the conference...they just have to put it together. Hoping tonight was a start to that.

Either way, I do keep in mind I've spent 20ish years watching NCSU teams with, for the most part, minimal talent and minimal success...so I'm just pretty happy to have realistic optimism about this season for once.
