I'm glad we won at home, but this is an incredibly coachable result. Hopefully Gott makes this a very, very tough practice on Monday and makes it all about finishing games.

We've got massive talent, but we don't have a bench which means we have to end things quickly when we have the opportunity.

I think we got complacent during that 23-9 run, stopped pushing the ball up the court. We gave up a lot of easy open looks, and when we rested our starters they took advantage. Our depth is a serious question.

Holy shit ... I feel like we had to win that game three times. I love Zo, but he is incredibly careless when they press us. This entire team is.

I've said it before, but thank God for Scott Wood. That late 3 in the corner to stymy the UNC run was HUGE ... then the two clutch free throws at the end. Before that, he had a four point play that ended another UNC run.

He might've blown it against WFU, but he's clutch as they get at home.

great win! 1st half = our potential, 2nd half = our average

Brown played great, but a few wtf turnovers towards the end...Warren was good on offense, and actually caused some steals - whaaa? Purvis' ankle was a scary moment, glad he came back. can't believe Vandy didn't fight for that loose ball. Lewis was meh. Howell was a fucking beast on the boards, and the heart of our team...Wood, while you people continue to shit on him, had some critical 3's and got some key loose balls/passes...Leslie played like we need him to for the most part, although had a couple questionable decisions - almost seemed too timid for the first time this season.

Next 3 games so huge
0-3 = season in jeopardy
1-2 = bubble team (but easier schedule ahead)
2-1 = back on track before the WF game, and make up for that loss
3-0 = on track to win ACC

No offense but you couldn't be more incorrect. The blowing of the 20 point lead was coaching. USE YOUR FUCKING TIMEOUTS GOTT! You have a team that is clearly gassed and giving it their all to get that lead. CALL A TIMEOUT so you can keep their legs at least somewhat fresh. Honestly (and I expect to get flamed for this) Gott needs to go look at some film from Lowe's first year. In that first year, Lowe was very good at using his timeouts to keep his 6 man rotation fresh.

I fully agree with adder, I was yelling at Gott to call the time outs when the lead kept getting cut down. Lowe was good his first year at timeouts, Gottfried needs to learn to use them before UNC got hot, when they knocked it from 28 to under 20, it should've been a timeout there, don't remember one..
