Its time for somebody to say it.
These SEC defenses stink. Blown coverages all over the place and its not just these teams. All of the power teams are sucking it up on d. 9/28/2013 6:21:50 PM |

Alabama has such an easy schedule going forward other than LSU who they get at home. Luckily I think LSU will beat them and Georgia will beat them in the title game this year if LSU doesn't. 9/28/2013 8:28:09 PM |

WOW! Louisiana Tech must not be that good. Army took them to the woodshed like we did. I'm glad though since I know multiple people who had children attend the USMA. They have become my favorite academy. It would be nice if they could win the triangular and C-i-C trophy for once. They fell short by about 10 yards last season. 9/28/2013 9:22:40 PM |

Quote : | "Air Force-Navy, Army-B.C. in limbo
Two college football games on Saturday -- Air Force at Navy and Army at Boston College -- are in danger of being canceled due to the government shutdown caused when Congress did not pass a spending bill to fund the government.
The Defense Department announced Tuesday that is has suspended travel for intercollegiate athletic competitions at the nation's service academies due to the impasse, which put 800,000 federal workers on furlough.
A Pentagon spokesman, Army Col. Steve Warren, says the suspension is being reviewed by Pentagon lawyers to determine whether funds used for these activities are congressionally appropriated funds.
The Air Force Academy announced that: "At this time, travel for all intercollegiate athletics is cancelled -- this includes the Air Force-Navy game on Saturday, 5 Oct." However, it's not clear from the statement whether the game was permanently called off, or if the game would be played as scheduled if the government's stalemate is solved in the next two days.
A spokesman for Navy said that a decision about its game against Air Force would be made by noon ET on Thursday.
"We have been in close communication with Army athletics officials regarding the potential impact of the government shutdown on this Saturday's football game," Boston College athletic director Brad Bates said in a statement. "Obviously our intention is to exhaust all possibilities to play the game and we will communicate the information promptly as soon as we have resolution."
The Air Force Academy said it would try to play home games, but that it was working with Mountain West Conference officials and other schools to reschedule games away from the school. But the department of defense said no games will be played as long as Congress fails to fund the government, which happened when the House and Senate couldn't agree on a spending bill by midnight on Oct. 1.
A men's soccer match between Navy and Howard that was scheduled for Tuesday night has been canceled." |

yeah, thats a given, but still miss the other games during your game.
For example, I live about 5 blocks from GT's stadium. I go to every Thursday night game they have without fail, like GT/VT. But if that same game was on Saturday at the same time as the Georgia/LSU game, no way in hell I am going.
