Wanted to go to the gym, but I'm too tired and I need to do some job apps. So I'm cycling

15xBW + 30lb vest Dips
3-5x Pull up (alternating grips)
15xBW + 30lb vest deep pushups
15xBW + 30lb vest reverse pushups
15x Bicep curls - black resistance band

in between stints of filling out applications

def going to the gym today. was a bit slack last week. don't know if i want to do chest and bi's today with a run or the hour long kick your ass spinning class.

You should do spin, especially if it's going to be rainy outside (it is in Charlotte, not sure about Raleigh)

If it rains today, I'll do spin. If it's clear, I'll run 5 or 6.

I was able to get my phone bill paid
I got sounds and 13's put on my Cavalier
And I was able to get a free trip to Cancun
And what's most importantly
Is that I ain't gotta fuck with Ray Ray's broke ass no mo'

i understand now, i forgot rule number 5

Rule 5: No Attachments: This is a tough one but you can not have attachments. If you got kids or a wife your less likely to survive then the gal or guy who has no attachments and nothing slowing him or her down. Or worse yet making bonehead decisions like 'going back into the room'
