hour on the treadmill at 7% incline. Steeper incline and slightly lower speeds seem to burn just as many calories and keep my heart rate about the same, but I found it easier to play video games this way. 2/13/2010 10:42:56 PM |

^^i've noticed this too. Despite the fact it'll take you longer to go the same distance, as long as your heart rate is up where you want it to be, this is just as good as running right? i don't really know

3mi run...took me 33min. I'm slow. Trying to work my way into consistent 10min miles, hopefully in a couple of weeks ill have that reached. (525cals according to machine thingy)
