Swim Conditioning:

200 FR Warm Up
5 x 8 Snake

After set 1: 25 push ups
After set 2: 25 sit ups
After set 3: 30 second plank
After set 4: 25 push ups
After set 5: 25 sit ups

Each time you got passed you added 5 to your set at the end. Each time you passed someone you subtracted 5.

Weight Lifting:

4x10 Bench Press
4x10 Weighted Dips
3x10 Chest Flies
3x10 Nose Breakers

1 min. max push ups
1 min. max abs

5 minute "warm up" on the exercise bike
3x5x135 Seated Press (last set was actually only 4)
3x5x205 back squats
12 minutes on the elliptical

I did something to my shoulder on the press and after squats just didn't want to put only more pressure on my shoulders

my gym was closed last week due to the weather up here, so yesterday was the first day back. my chest is sore for the first time in a while. feels pretty good.

ran 3.75 miles yesterday afternoon. i promised myself if i finished my run i didn't have to do arms (weights). i really didn't even want to work out at all so it was a good motivater to keep me running.

had a killer shoulder and back work out yesterday and then ran a couple miles. need to get to the point where i can run 3 miles easily. i'm getting there. already have the 15 mile bike right down packed. after i get the running down next will be swimming.

I found that after I pushed my daily bike ride up to 25 miles then a 3 or 4 mile run was no problem.

Biking got my knees in much better shape for running as well.

Ran 5 miles in just under 40 minutes.

Followed by 15 minutes of arms, abs and weighted lunges.
