I hate my internet connection... 9 out of 10 games, I'll be lagging just enough to get me killed... (ie: shoot enemy with 3-4 rounds, I die, watch replay to see that I never fired a round off). But my connection 4/4 with a 50ms ping

The cheating has gotten so ridiculous that the one or two times I threw it in the last year or so it was unplayable. All sorts of weird speed and gravity effects and I know there isn't any interest in security patching at this point.

In my day I was a nube tube savant. Scar with tube, thumper, scavenger claymore, danger close.

I could cover half to 3/4 of most maps. When I wasn't going for nuke I'd roll emergency airdrop, predator, care package and just be dropping crates the whole game.

As long as they don't nerf a bunch of shit I would love a remaster.

Part of what made this game great was that every tactic was equally broken so you could be insanely good in like 50 different ways.

^^I'm with you, MW2 was fun because it was broken. I remember laughing to the point of tears abusing stuff in that game. (Care package knifing, care package glitching, nube tubes etc) My favorite thing to do was run marathon with lightweight and a spas. I swear I could pretty much snipe people with it.

To me, every single Call of Duty (from Black Ops - Whatever the new one is) is all classified as clusterfuck run and gun no-skill no-coordination chaos shit gameplay designed so all kids can spawn, shoot someone in the back, and then get shot in the back.

MW2 had my favorite perks, weapons and attachments easily. Like the others said, it was all about abusing the broken parts of the game. When the connection got laggy and the famas wasn't a one burst kill, I would shamelessly nube tube.

They haven't topped the tactical nuke as a killstreak yet. "Winning" objective games by playing team deathmatch and dropping nukes was the shit.

WaW was my favorite CoD though just because scrubs using MP40s couldn't fathom how a more accurate semi-auto rifle could kill them from distance.
