^^ Which one?

I plan to do at least 2 and might add a third one this summer. If all those are reasonable then I might consider doing a half in August/Sept.

I hope I get adjusted to this cyclic ketogenic diet in the next couple of days. Right now it's just making my mind foggy.

it works better than any other diet. It's just that the first couple days when you start it are rough, but after that you feel more energetic and never feel hungry.

You mean, any other cutting diet?

yeah, any other cutting diet. I can lose 3lbs of body fat a week without any loss in muscle or strength on a CKD diet without taking thermogenics.

holy crap. ran the IM field. from the pull up bars we had to sprint to the 5 pole 3 times, and then to the 4th pole 3 times. on our run back it was a job (hah more like a walk for a lot of people). and in between each set of sprints we did pullups/situps/pushup (2 outa the 3 each time)

oh and ran one lap around the field before and after we were done.

god damn talk about a run

hey queer

you know those two black kids who come in and ball a lot before they lift?

one is darker skinned and the other looks like he could have some puerto rican in him?

i beat the darker kid down the entire length of the court for a loose ball last night

< 240 lbs = i am the man

I wonder if I could lose weight faster if i just focused on cardio 6 days a week and did a one-day abbreviated full body workout on Sunday? I'm going to try it and see how it goes.

that one-day, full-body workout will do barely anything.

at the most, it will be maintenance.

^^ arent you doing the CKD thing? I read somewhere you're supposed to do your workouts the first three days of the week, cardio the rest, and a small workout before you eat on sunday

I just finished up 1hr of cardio on the elliptical machine

I've balanced out my diet to be losing 3lbs a week. Maintenance is all I'm hoping for.

as far as lifting 3 times a week on CKD, I like to modify it from the way Dan Duchaine did it. I've tried doing the 2 day carb-up followed by the 2 day upper half - lower half workout. It worked, but I managed to make it work better for my body type by doing 2 day workouts followed by 12 day ketogenic diet and cardio. My body retains muscle very easily, as well as fat, so losing LBM isn't really a concern of mine. The more time I can spend in ketosis, the better. If I can get away with one total body workout, I could skip the carb up and eat glucose during my workout and be back in ketosis by the next day.
